Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 29, 2026. This policy describes how Norwalk Wrestling Club (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles information when you use norwalkwrestlingclub.us (the “Site”). It is provided for transparency and advertising compliance (including Microsoft Advertising / Bing Ads). It is not legal advice.
1. Operator & contact
The operator of this Site is:
Norwalk Wrestling Club1201 North Ave
Norwalk, IA 50211
United States
info@norwalkwrestlingclub.us
Official website: norwalkwrestlingclub.us. We do not operate ponyboxdance.org as this club’s primary web domain; if you were sent here from another URL, please rely on this domain for official club information.
For school-program matters, the Site may reference Jacob.Brown@norwalkschools.org (Norwalk Community School District). That inbox is not controlled by this Privacy Policy unless correspondence is handled by the club on the same terms described here.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:
- Information you send us — for example, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or messages you include when you email us or submit forms (if we add web forms later).
- Technical & usage data — such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, general location derived from IP, pages viewed, and timestamps. This may come from our hosting logs, optional analytics tools (if enabled after your consent), or advertising measurement tags.
- Cookies and similar technologies — small files or storage on your device used for essential functions, preferences, analytics, or marketing. See our Cookie Policy.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate the Site, respond to inquiries, run youth wrestling programs, comply with law, secure our services, and—if you consent—measure Site traffic and advertising performance (including conversions from ads).
4. Cookies & similar technologies
We use a consent banner to control non-essential technologies. Details on categories, storage, and your choices are in the Cookie Policy.
5. Microsoft Advertising & Universal Event Tracking (UET)
If we enable Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) or similar Microsoft tags, Microsoft may collect or receive data from your device (such as cookie IDs, IP address, and on-site actions) to measure ad conversions, build audiences, and improve ad delivery. That processing is subject to Microsoft’s policies, not ours alone.

Learn more about UET: Microsoft Advertising — Universal Event Tracking
We only load UET (or similar marketing tags) after you choose Accept all or enable Marketing / conversion tags in Customize, as described in the Cookie Policy.
6. Other third-party services
The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, Google Drive for documents, Facebook, or in the future YouTube or other embeds). Opening those links or playing embedded content may allow those providers to collect data under their own terms. We do not control their practices; review their privacy notices.
When you allow optional web fonts, Google Fonts may receive technical data (such as IP address) as described in Google’s privacy documentation.
7. Sharing
We may share information with service providers who assist us (e.g., hosting, email), when required by law, or to protect rights and safety. Advertising and analytics partners may process data according to their policies when you have consented to the relevant category.
8. United States & state privacy rights
Our programs are based in Iowa, USA. Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain processing (including “sale,” targeted advertising, or profiling as defined under state law). Rights vary by state and context. To exercise a request, email info@norwalkwrestlingclub.us. We may need to verify your request. We do not promise that we “sell” personal information in the legal sense; this section is included for compatibility with state laws and advertising platforms.
9. European visitors (GDPR reference)
If you are in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the UK, applicable law may provide rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Legal bases may include consent (for optional cookies and ads measurement), legitimate interests (for security and basic Site operation), or contract where applicable. Contact us at the email above. If we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing.
10. Children
Our youth programs serve families with children, but the Site is intended for parents, guardians, and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site for marketing purposes. If you believe a child has provided information improperly, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
11. Interest-based advertising & opt-outs
You can limit some interest-based advertising through industry tools. Options include (availability varies by region and device):
These tools may not block all ads or all data collection, and opting out on one browser or device may not carry over to others. We do not guarantee complete opt-out across the ecosystem.
12. Security & retention
We use reasonable measures to protect information but no online service is perfectly secure. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Policy, except where law requires additional steps.
