Effective date: March 29, 2026. This policy describes how Norwalk Wrestling Club (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles information when you use norwalkwrestlingclub.us (the “Site”). It is provided for transparency and advertising compliance (including Microsoft Advertising / Bing Ads). It is not legal advice.

Official website: norwalkwrestlingclub.us. We do not operate ponyboxdance.org as this club’s primary web domain; if you were sent here from another URL, please rely on this domain for official club information.

For school-program matters, the Site may reference Jacob.Brown@norwalkschools.org (Norwalk Community School District). That inbox is not controlled by this Privacy Policy unless correspondence is handled by the club on the same terms described here.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

• Information you send us — for example, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or messages you include when you email us or submit forms (if we add web forms later).

We only load UET (or similar marketing tags) after you choose Accept all or enable Marketing / conversion tags in Customize, as described in the Cookie Policy.

6. Other third-party services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, Google Drive for documents, Facebook, or in the future YouTube or other embeds). Opening those links or playing embedded content may allow those providers to collect data under their own terms. We do not control their practices; review their privacy notices.

When you allow optional web fonts, Google Fonts may receive technical data (such as IP address) as described in Google’s privacy documentation.

Our programs are based in Iowa, USA. Our youth programs serve families with children, but the Site is intended for parents, guardians, and adults. 11. Interest-based advertising & opt-outs

13. Changes

We may update this Policy. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Policy, except where law requires additional steps.
